____ Team meeting: parents and students
Discuss location and dates of practice (Set up by lead parent) ____ Determine who is in charge of scheduling and communicating with team (point of contact) REMIND, email, text - what is preferred method ____ Determine plan for coaching (parents vs. outside person, paid vs. volunteer) ____ Determine number of games that works best for players (availability of players, costs, locations) Costs associated with games is the responsibility of the players/parents. ____ Determine if fundraising will be organized or parents cover all costs. Fundraising is not allowed in the name of the school ____ Schedule practice dates If requesting use of Richland #44 facilities, use BUILDING USE FORM and CALENDAR to request access (CLICK HERE) ____ Determine team name and plan for uniforms *BORROW: Richland #44/Coltbackers do have some old uniforms on hand to be borrowed out on a first come/first serve bases. Only uniforms no longer in rotation will be available. Please note that even if the uniforms say COLTS or RICHLAND, in no way does that mean the travel team is preforming as or under the direction of the school or its teams. *PURCHASE: Purchasing individually owned uniforms designed and named with choice of the team.
